A Request for Quotation (RFQ) must be submitted in writing by fax and/or email.

       Confirmations by sponsors, business partners, or clients are kindly required in writing by Proposal-Fax-Return (signed and        stamped).

       In general 50% of quoted fee should be paid on confirmation and the balance 50% should be paid on the day of the event.

       All payments from sponsors, business partners, or clients are acceptable by Cheque or Wire Transfer only. Please contact us        for more details if you are paying by Wire Transfer.
